At SoLBeautyAndCare, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your fashion items, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unworn items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the quality inspection is complete.
